Phase ONE
Phase TWO
Talistours™ Mapcasting Platforms
The first 100 platforms launched to Talistours™ SPLITS 50 Subscribers* will not yet have E-Book Publishing and In-House Online TV as e-commerce ready integrations. They are in respective development phases and should be ready later on this year. Instead, those first 100 mapcasting platforms will be populated by uploading CSV files weekly, the rhythm by which we suggest you condition your audiences to expect new releases.

CSV files are spreadsheets files generated in any popular program. They should have the following column headers: Name; Address; Latitude; Longitude; Notes; Group; Use HTML; Button Link; and Tags.  Name, Notes, Group and Tags can be blank, but either Address or Latitude and Longitude must contain values for pins to be placed. Name identifies pins, and Notes add respective write-ups.  Group is akin to category, it determines how pins are bundled.  Use HTML should say "true" or "false" and, if "true", include a full self explanatory destination link as last line in Notes. Tags must be comma separated. For now the E-Book Publisher will store orders until it is ready for launch.

Please note: the first 100 Talistours™ SPLITS 50 Subscribers* will receive the E-Book Publisher and In-House Online TV application as no cost upgrades.
* SPLITS 50 refers to a 50% rebate you will receive from any e-commerce that originates from your pin(s). Talistours™ easily pays for itself.

What are Mapcasting Platforms - Features & Benefits
  • Referral & Co-Promotion Networks Enter description here.
Fundamentally Mapcasting Platforms are map-based representations of Referral and Co-Promotion Networks, a means for subscribers to establish virtual markets with themselves at the centre. They allow PIN holders to move more of their traditional advertising in house, where it is more easily cost controlled.
There are four PIN levels: Source Service Providers (SSP), whose transactions set off a cascade of follow up transactions, Primary Service Providers (PSP), whose involvement is necessary to complete SSP transactions, Secondary Service Providers (2SP), whose involvement assists during due diligence stages, and Ancillary Service Providers (ASP), whose involvement statistically often follows SSP transactions. That means, PSP, 2SP and ASP all benefit from placing PINs on Mapcasting Platforms, where they are exposed to pre-qualified prospect groups.
  • Scalable and Repeatable Enter description here.
Since SSP, PSP, 2SP and ASP will benefit from PINs on Mapcasting Platforms, they each might choose to participate as Referral Partners, or Co-Promoters. Referral Partners place single PINs in specific categories to promote themselves narrowly. Co-Promoters, on the other hand, place multiple PINs in all applicable categories to engage with users and redirect them to their own Mapcasting Platforms.
Scalable: originating businesses are those that initiated a Mapcasting Platform, locally - usually SSP. In Real Estate agents might be PSP, or co-promoters. Mortgage brokers or lawyers might be 2SP, or referral partners. In Tourism & Hospitality businesses that compliment SSP, like destination stops, might be PSP, or co-promoters. Incidental stops, like restaurants or gas stations, might be 2SP, or referral partners. Anyone wanting access to pre-qualified high probability prospects might be an ASP.
Repeatable: PSP might want their own Mapcasting Platforms and work on scaling up their own sphere of influence inside a Mapcasting Platform. Any PSP that graduates to become an SSP under your umbrella qualifies you for SPLITS - you earn 25% of their monthly participation fees one month deferred (participation fees collected from day one month one to day thirty one month one will be paid out on day one month three to give accounting about 30 days to do its thing). This makes support staff revenue producing: delegate growing your Mapcasting Platform to someone and eventually they will pay for themselves based upon SPLITS portions.
  • 1. Community Guidelines Enter description here.
Talistours™ Mapcasting Platforms are map-based virtual markets that link PINs to in-house marketing, thus moving significant portions of traditional advertising in house, where it is more easily cost controlled.
Guidelines: contribute only non-political contents that is in good taste by commonly accepted standards. We review every PIN before switching it "live" and Accounts deemed to be in violation, at our sole discretion, will remain "blind" until returned to full compliance. Talispros™ Mapcasting Platforms are business tools that should not reflect ideology or opinion.
  • 2. Mapcasting Platforms Application and Costs Enter description here.
Most industry platforms restrict contributions that might conflict with members' need to maintain level playing fields. Talistours™ Mapcasting Platforms are dedicated, thus have no such restrictions.
Talistours™ Mapcasting Platforms encourage in-house production to practise Personal Promotion and Relationship Marketing. Individual platforms in the form of iFrames cost $1,200 per year and consist of up to 10 categories containing a combined 100 pins. Up to 1,000 views per month combined and prepaid cost $60. If more than 1,000 views per month are needed, an additional 1,000 views for $15 per month you go over, or pre-paid at $10 per month for the duration of the subscription.
  • 3. Two Ways to Profit. Enter description here.
There are two levels of participation: SPLITS 50 and EPUB. SPLITS 50 Subscribers have their own Mapcasting Platforms billed through you, your share is 50%. EPUB Purchasers buy E-Books to share online, or including fabulous high gloss printed copies, your share is 50%.
The numbers: SPLITS 50 Subscribers pay $1200 per year, plus $60 per month for pin maintenance. COP Subscribers receive free set-up, then pay $30 per month for one "live" PIN. REP Subscribers also receive free set-up, then also pay $30 per month for one "blind" PIN. The difference is SPLITS: COP Subscribers contribute to SPLITS, whereas REP Subscribers do not.
  • 4. The Benefits of SPLITS. Enter description here.
SPLITS triggers rebates to PRO Subscribers, which makes their support staff revenue producing and sets up e-publishing and advanced in-house media as e-commerce opportunities.
The numbers: 24 PRO and COP billed through a PRO Mapcasting Platform triggers revenue sharing: $10 per sub-account per month, there is no upper limit. That means 24 real estate professionals in your organization, or 24 participants to a virtual tourism & hospitality market exceeds the the SPLITS threshold.
  • 6. How SPLITS pays for itself? Enter description here.
SPLITS is billed as a $1,200 per year add-on. That means 24 PRO and COP sub-accounts billed under your umbrella result in break-even, even before the E-PUBLISHER and IN-HOUSE ONLINE TV yields e-commerce profits.
So, why would you subscribe to and pay for them now? You will of course receive your very own proprietary Talispros™ Mapcasting Platform with up to 100 PINs in up to 10 categories and up to 1,000 views per month now. That will enable us to integrate the e-commerce and production aspects of SPLITS Advanced Media packages, which you will receive FREE for a year upon launch. The packages will include the EBOOK Generator and the (green screen) LIVE EVENT Generator.
  • 5. Virtual Markets Enter description here.

Exposure to your clients, past, current and future:

There are four levels of Service Providers: Source (SSP), Primary (PSP), Secondary (2SP) and Ancillary Service Providers (ASP). As a Real Estate Professional you are an SSP: nothing happens until you sell something. Thereupon, however, PSP provide products and services that help close transactions (mortgage brokers; lawyers; etc.); 2SP provide products and services that are advisable during due diligence stages (inspectors; surveyors; etc.); and ASP provide products and services that statistically often follow real estate transactions (auto dealers, travel agents, etc.). Each group should have pins on your Mapcasting Platform.
  • 6. Referral Partners Enter description here.

The prospect of getting services you provide for free, or at least for less:

However, they are only thinking of money when making that decision. They forget you cannot pitch to them, unless they self identify, which they do by placing pins. They can still say "NO", of course, but your Mapcasting Platform sets up Buyers' Agency and Fee Agreement transactions involving their real estate or businesses, and Mapcasting presences need not be backed up by contracts beyond the email summary of a placement request - there is no agency relationship. You become the gatekeeper to their information, organically, which turns zero-value prospects into more, in addition to setting up a suite of pay-for-service opportunities.
  • 7. Unlisted & Out of Market Opportunities Enter description here.

Unlisted and Out Of Market categories also bring new opportunity:

FSBO prospects often have reasons beyond money why they prefer not to list, like - they don't want their staff, customers or competition to know. Thus, Unlisted Opportunities are a safety net for them by setting up "gate keepers" in the traditional sense of the real estate process, which gives them control over who sees what, when, where and how. Out Of Market opportunities are similar: your Mapcasting Platforms might co-promote with sellers, professional or otherwise, anywhere in the world. Just imagine the 'word-of-mouth' if suddenly your real estate business becomes international or even global in nature.
  • 8. Future Opportunities Enter description here.

This is a Beta Version of the Talispros™ Mapcasting Platform:

We need experience values about basic platform dynamics before we can safely make assumptions about server sizes, capacities, linking options, etc.. Therefore, 100 early adopters will enjoy price protection for no less than a year upon launch of PIN IMAGE functionality, which will replace the need for weekly CSV File publishing by placing them real time, and the E-BOOK generator, which will take up to 20 images and convert them into attractive downloadable (for a fee) flip books that may add to your SPLITS income. The plan is to split revenue generated by In-House Online Media Initiatives, like (green screen) guided tours or talks shows.
  • 9. Join the Talispros™ Referral & Co-Promotion Network Enter description here.

Join the Talispros Referral & Co-Promotion Network:

Follow the link below to complete a PRO subscription, your Mapcasting Platform will be switched "live" within seven days. In the meantime we will coach you on how to prepare CSV Spreadsheets, and assist you in developing a SPLITS strategy that is set up to maximize returns. Please note, web presence designed to "package" your future Mapcasting initiatives is an optional feature: imagine the traffic and word-of-mouth Online Open Houses or (green screen) Guided Tours would generate.
  • 3. Make and save Money. Enter description here.
That seems like a contradiction, does it not…? Look at it on different levels: moving significant portions of your traditional advertising in house, where it is more easily cost controlled, saves you money.
On the contrary, restricting access to the platform to users who pay a little more, or at least do not necessitate discounts for your services, makes you money. Talispros™ Mapcasting Platforms are proprietary, you decide which PIN is placed, and which PIN is not. Featuring only PINs that help apply upwards pressure on your average reward structure, or to formalize access to business you may never have had previously, makes sense.
